We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that every obaks item is free of material and manufacturing defects. Subject to applicable laws, this warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized obaks retailer. The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
If you find a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion and in accordance with local law and our current warranty claims process. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized obaks retailer. Purchases from an unauthorized retailer will not be considered.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, or any modification to a obaks product. If a product is damaged during flight or transport, you should report such damage to the operator or carrier, as this damage is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right to reject any warranty claims which we suspect, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent.
Filing A Warranty Claim
Photographs of the defect are required and should be sent to [email protected]. Additional proof of purchase may also be requested. Once the photos of the defect are inspected and the warranty claim has been approved, we will issue you a discount code to our online store for the corresponding monetary value of the item (at manufacturer suggested retail price). The discount code will only be valid for a single-use.
Items purchased from authorized dealers are eligible for warranty service either through the authorized dealer (in accordance with their policies) or through obaks directly. Purchases will at all times remain subject to this warranty policy as updated from time to time.
Due to our seasonal stock, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same item.
Return Policy
obaks products that are purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original tags. To initiate a return, please contact [email protected] You will be responsible for all shipping expenses incurred to return obaks products. obaks will not be responsible or liable for lost or damaged shipments. Once our warehouse has received and approved your item, we will refund your credit card for the purchase price.
Items purchased from authorized dealers may only be returned or exchanged to the retailer in accordance with the retailer’s policies and procedures.
